This will be the first event to take place that will offer the chance discuss the most up to date developments in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain gaming and collectibles, with Decentraland playing a big role in the event. There will be 27 speakers at the conference, 4 of which are from Decentraland:

The event will discuss how Blockchain technology allows for the extensibility of NFTs, which allow anyone to build experiences on top of existing platforms, what this means and what the future holds in this area.
The hackathon will bring together the best developers from around the world and it aims to facilitate the development of a collaborative community to work across multiple projects.
There are significant financial rewards up for grabs for those taking part; $7,000 for first prize, $3,000 for second, and $1,000 for third, sponsors can also add prizes of their own at their discretion.
More than 200 developers will take part in the hackathon at Cyberport. Blockchain-based gaming workshops will be held on the afternoon of 25th July. Developers participating in the hackathon can gain access to the full NIFTY conference at a discounted rate.
